we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.Main Responsibilities:* Monitoring projects under direct supervision.* Record incoming customer communications supporting and working on them.* Inform and train users in the operation of equipment and/or software; Analyze and make recommendations on time.* Keep clients informed in a professional manner ensuring accuracy of details.* Accurately record all customer communications using the appropriate service desk software.* Installation support and routine maintenance for hardware and software.* Analyze and resolve failures ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password.* Ensure documentation and job notes are kept up to date and accurate.* Support to other duties when required by management.* Comply with and ensure that the personnel under their charge comply with each of the points considered within the code of conduct (ethics) of Spellman de México, S.A. of C.V* Comply with the Health, Safety and Environment Policy, following the procedures and work instructions applicable to his/her
