You will serve as the primary business-facing interface for the digitalization team, driving the vision for new solutions. You will focus on three core areas: defining the product strategy and managing the development backlog, translating business needs into technical requirements while acting as a bridge between finance and engineering, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery and adoption of new digital solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Product Strategy & Backlog Management
- Translate FP&A; strategy into a prioritized product roadmap and backlog, focusing on business value and strategic objectives.
- Define and articulate the product vision, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new feature requests into the digitalization team, analyzing underlying problems to propose innovative solutions.
- Prioritize the product backlog continuously to ensure the development team is working on features that deliver the most value to the business.




- Stakeholder Engagement & Business Process Translation
- Act as the 'bridge' between finance business stakeholders and the engineering team to foster mutual understanding and alignment.
- Engage with stakeholders across Function Controlling to gather requirements, ensure consensus on solutions, and manage expectations.
- Analyze and map core Function Controlling processes, including forecasting, reporting, and cost allocation, to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and communication efforts to keep the organization aligned on product development, release schedules, and new functionalities.
- Solution Delivery & Governance
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), quality gates, training, and support frameworks to ensure successful product deployment and adoption.
