Responsibilities
The Customer Development Representative/Executive is responsible for developingand supporting the partnership between Colgate and a group of Customers/storesin an assigned territory or in a given geography for a key account in order to deliver




net sales, distribution volume, NPAT, and market share targets. The CustomerDevelopment Representative/ Executive plays an integral role in driving consumerdemand by:
Customer Relationship
Building relationships with key contacts (e.g., buyers, store managers) andproviding customers with objective and trustworthy analysis of their business inorder to ensure that Customers carry an appropriate portfolio of Colgateproducts that receive optimal exposure at the retail store level.
Proactively understanding the customer's needs and developing business solutions to meet Colgate and customer requirements.
Conducting regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, newproducts, customer service, receivables, and claims.
Interpreting sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities for Colgateand the customer(s).
Maximize account P&L; for selected accounts.
