As ourLead Product Engineer, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the performance, reliability, and competitiveness of our Specialty Fluid Conveyance products. You will lead high-impact engineering initiatives that support product quality, accelerate technical problem solving, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle, with a focus on Quick Disconnect Couplings.

You’ll collaborate withManufacturing, Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain, Program Management, and global engineering teams, taking ownership ofproduct design, technical analysis, testing, and engineering execution, helping us move toward a moreinnovative and customer-focused future.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leadcomplex engineering initiatives supporting existing Specialty Fluid Conveyance products, including technical support, cost-out activities, product dispositions, and design improvements.
- Developproduct designs by defining geometry, materials, sealing concepts, and technical specifications while validating design decisions through engineering calculations and analysis.
