The Analyst Learning Services will design and produce interactive, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences that teach our manufacturing employees how to use Ingredion technologies, manufacturing standards & certifications worldwide. You will be responsible for managing our LMS (Learning Management System)



and troubleshooting technical issues for our colleagues.

Core Responsibilities
- Users Support & Issues Resolution: – Proactively resolve issues through effective communication, timing and exceptional customer service in Learning Services tickets
- E-Learning Development: Create and deliver e-learning content, content curation, translations etc with varying levels of interactivity, from basic text and images to advanced simulations.
- Collaboration with SMEs: Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical and content requirements for digital content development.
- Training Project Management: Oversee training projects from analysis and design to production of instructor-led and computer-based trainings.
