Key Responsibilities & Main Activities
- The Manufacturing Engineer’s main responsibility is to analyze production process and product requirements, determining the most efficient operations based on those requirements.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes.
- Develop efficient automated and non-automated systems.
- Test existing and new production procedures.
- Support the implementation of manufacturing processes that result in high-quality products.
- Knowledge of tooling design and manufacturing methods.
- Project management capability, commitment to quality, and familiarity with safety and environmental standards (environmental analysis).
- Ensure production lines operate efficiently and effectively to meet customer requirements.




- Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria such as efficiency and speed.
- Analyze machine and production requirements.

- Train personnel on current and new processes.

- Knowledge of wire harness manufacturing from wire stamping to final inspection.
- Create production documentation and improve processes.
- Review board drawings against engineering prints.
- Design FMEAs.
- Analyze and develop work instructions, manuals, and documentation for new equipment prior to launch and production use.
