This position reports to:

Production Engineering Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will lead the factory Maintenance team in planning and executing initiatives that enhance the reliability, availability, and efficiency of production equipment, technical infrastructure, and facilities. You will be responsible for implementing reliability-based maintenance strategies aligned with business objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.

On a daily basis, you will coordinate responses to equipment breakdowns, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize asset performance and lifecycle management.

The work model for the role is: On site

General relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.





This role supports the Smart Buildings NEMA Enclosures factory in Ramos Arizpe.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, production continuity, and facility performance.
- Develop and execute preventive, corrective, and reliability-based maintenance strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize asset performance.
- Define maintenance plans for new equipment and production lines, collaborating closely with Engineering and Operations teams.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, costs, and resource utilization to improve efficiency and control budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards while developing and supporting maintenance team capabilities.
