Overview: A Process Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for optimizing and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, quality output, and cost-effectiveness. This role plays a crucial part in the manufacturing industry by identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to streamline operations.

As a Process Engineer you will report to Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with production teams to conduct in-depth analyses of manufacturing processes,



identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization.
- Implement engineering changes to existing processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to production.
- Continuously monitor process performance, seeking ways to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Differentiate between value-added and non-value-added activities, working to minimize the latter to increase process efficiency.
- Design and Development:
- Lead the design and development of new manufacturing processes, including researching and selecting appropriate equipment, materials, and technologies.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) and simulation tools to create comprehensive process designs and workflow layouts.
- Ensure that all process designs meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new processes into the production environm
