What will your day be like at ACPS Automotive Qro as a Series Quality Engineer?
Position Authority:
Stop any operation or activity that poses a risk to product safety or any aspect within the organization, immediately notifying the relevant areas according to the organization's escalation plan. Additionally, communicate with the customer to negotiate or address matters related to product quality and safety, generating alerts, action plans, procedures, formats, and/or developing appropriate strategies for the process to ensure product quality and safety.



The position also has the authority to stop shipments of material suspected of non-compliance with the quality requirements set by the customer, with the intention of guaranteeing the satisfaction and safety of the delivered product.
Position Responsibility:
Responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards of the process and product, in compliance with specific customer requirements, applicable standards, and procedures. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the delivery of reliable products through compliance with the company-defined indicators, including:
- Warranties
- PPMs
- Customer complaints
- Reworks
- FTQ
- Scrap

Execute and lead documented analyses (along with a multidisciplinary team using defined tools) resulting from non-compliance with the objectives defined by the company.
