The Local Service Delivery Technical Manager (SDTM) for the Mexico Geozone is responsible for leading the Technical Advising, Applications Engineering, Laboratory, Reliability, and Technical Support teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality service execution. The role drives technical excellence throughout the service delivery lifecycle, supports business growth, develops technical capabilities,



and ensures operational performance meets both customer expectations and business objectives.

As the Local Service Delivery Technical Manager (SDTM), you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Applications Engineering, Technical Advising, Reliability, Laboratory, and Technical Support teams across the Mexico Geozone.
- Driving HSE excellence by promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all safety standards and requirements.
- Providing technical leadership to support job planning, design, risk assessment, execution, and post-job evaluation activities.
- Supporting commercial opportunities, tenders, and customer proposals by delivering effective technical guidance and expertise.
- Driving technical assurance and execution excellence to achieve customer outcomes while meeting operational and financial objectives.
