Every six months, you will receive a performance review and compensation increase of up to $2,300 MXN, depending on your performance, until it reaches the maximum compensation range for the position. Work as a CLS HR & Investigation Assistant for a minimum of 1 year with competent performance and become eligible for promotion to the Specialist position.
