As a Process Engineer you will report to Engineering Manager To be a successful Process Engineer, you need a strong technical foundation, analytical and problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, project management proficiency, a focus on quality and safety, effective communication, and a mindset to maximize efficiency by distinguishing between value-added and non-value-added activities. Responsibilities: 1. Process Improvement: a. Collaborate with production teams to conduct in-depth analyses of manufacturing processes,



identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization. b. Implement engineering changes to existing processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to production. c. Continuously monitor process performance, seeking ways to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. d. Differentiate between value-added and non-value-added activities, working to minimize the latter to increase process efficiency. 2. Design and Development: a. Lead the design and development of new manufacturing processes, including researching and selecting appropriate equipment, materials, and technologies. b. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) and simulation tools to create comprehensive process designs and workflow layouts. c.
