The Desk Side Support Technician plays a key role in delivering a seamless technology experience for employees by providing onsite and remote support for end-user devices, workplace technology, and collaboration tools.




Working closely with IT teams, this role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing device lifecycle activities, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows and Mac environments.
