Requirements




- 7-10 years minimum full-time experience in the field of Architecture (post graduation).
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Master's of Architecture degree is preferred.
- Ability to supervise 1 to 3 junior team members, review and red-mark technical drawings, interact with consultants and coordinate with public agencies.
- Knowledge of building codes and technical standards required.
- Drafting skills, ability to manage your own drawing sets, ability to storyboard and establish personal schedules based on deadlines.
- Design sensibility and problem-solving
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems, common business programs and CAD applications required.
- Availability for in-office support (Monday - Friday, full time)

Responsibilities
- Working knowledge of Construction Documents preparation.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, landlords, and general contractors.
