Position Details Job Title: Junior Territory Sales Representative — Non-Cellular Product Lines Department: Sales / Business Development — LATAM Reports To: [Regional Sales Director, LATAM] Location: Mexico City — LATAM Work Arrangement: Remote (no local office in-country) Employment Type: Full-Time Travel Required: Approximately 70% of the time, across the assigned territory Role Overview The Junior Territory Sales Representative will be a key growth driver for Quectel in LATAM, responsible for maximizing market share across Quectel's non-cellular product lines — GNSS positioning modules, Wi-Fi & Bluetooth modules, and antennas — while opening new segments and verticals across the region. Through focused market analysis, proactive prospecting, and strong technical relationships, this role will identify and win new customers, grow existing accounts through the regional sales funnel, and ensure that technology companies across the territory know Quectel and its ecosystem of affiliate IoT solutions.



Key Responsibilities Understand the needs and expectations of customers and partners, and position Quectel's non-cellular product lines (GNSS, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, antennas) as the right-fit solution. Proactively prospect new customers across the territory — any company adopting wireless, positioning, or connectivity technology — to build a healthy, qualified pipeline. Identify and win new verticals and segments for Quectel's non-cellular portfolio through structured market analysis. Track and follow up design-ins and account opportunities across product lines within the regional sales funnel. Train and enable Quectel's internal sales force, rep firms, and distributors on the non-cellular product lines, and follow opportunities through to close. Produce a monthly Territory Discussion Report covering leads, technical evaluations, meeting plans, roadmap calls, and pipeline progress. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring
