About the Role This position sits within a technology operations function supporting a live, systematically driven trading platform. The role blends production support with engineering-style problem solving,



covering everything from monitoring and alerting to CI/CD pipeline development and incident management. As the first point of contact when issues arise, the person in this role will triage, investigate, and resolve production problems while keeping stakeholders informed with clear, concise updates. The role also involves close partnership with platform and application engineering teams to ensure new code moves into production smoothly and reliably. Because the environment operates around the clock, this position includes rotational coverage and regular coordination with international offices.
