Role mission Own the evolution of the Kavak Core App Experience, creating a seamless, intuitive, and beautiful customer journey across the entire lifecycle—from first discovery through purchase, ownership, retention, and future transactions. This role sits at the center of the product organization, partnering across every vertical to ensure customers experience one coherent Kavak rather than a collection of independent products. You'll combine deep product thinking, customer research, experimentation, data, and exceptional craft to continuously raise the quality of the experience while helping define the future vision of the app.
