Director of Sales We are seeking an experienced commercial leader ( Director of Sales ) who has built B2B SaaS go-to-market functions, managed Account Executives and RevOps teams, and driven both net-new acquisition and account expansion for US markets. Remote (Colombia, Mexico, or Central America) · Reports to Co-CEO About the Organization We connect US companies with elite executive support, opening up career-defining remote roles for top-tier talent across Latin America. Why This Role Exists You will establish our sales infrastructure from the ground up and own both pillars of our US revenue growth: expanding current client accounts and securing new business logos. Net-New Acquisition: Build the dedicated team (Account Managers, Growth AEs, or Sales Associates) required to execute the daily expansion playbook. ~ Leadership & Management: Hire, coach, and manage a focused commercial team consisting of Account Executives (currently a team of 2), expansion specialists, and RevOps. ~ What You Will Own Your success will be measured by two primary metrics:



expansion ARR/revenue and net-new closed-won business . 5+ years of sales leadership experience: Proven Builder: You have hands-on experience designing both outbound (new logo) and account expansion motions for deals with an Average Contract Value (ACV) of $50k-$150k. ~ People Developer: You have successfully hired, trained, and managed diverse revenue roles, including AEs, senior reps, Account Managers, and RevOps professionals. ~ Bilingual Proficiency: Near-native or executive-level English is required, as you will actively lead US client conversations. ~ Persona Fit over Vertical: What matters most is who you have sold to, not the industry you come from. Location: 100% Remote — Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, or Central America for real-time collaboration with US clients. ~ Level: Director of Sales. ~ Compensation: Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) consisting of a strong base salary and performance incentives
