As a Commercial Excellence Analyst , you will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and tracking the performance of the sales force across Saya's different business units. In your day-to-day work, you will build and maintain dashboards, reports, and commercial trackers to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement in coverage, productivity, frequency, conversion, and commercial efficiency. You will also support commercial operations by tracking relationships with distributors, banks, insurers, hospitals, and other institutional stakeholders, ensuring that information, commitments,



and next steps are clear and up to date. You will work closely with the Commercial, Finance, and Launch Excellence teams to standardize KPIs, prepare materials for internal reviews, organize key information, and contribute to a disciplined, agile, and well-documented commercial operation.
