Customer Service Supervisor




El Customer Service Supervisor será responsable de asegurar una experiencia excepcional al cliente mediante la gestión integral de cuentas clave (KAM), supervisando el servicio, garantizando el cumplimiento de SLAs y liderando la comunicación estratégica con clientes. Este rol combina la operación de customer service con una visión comercial y de gestión de cuentas, actuando como punto de contacto principal y socio estratégico del cliente.
Responsabilidades clave
- Supervisar el equipo de Customer Service, asegurando altos estándares de atención, resolución de incidencias y cumplimiento de KPIs
- Administrar y desarrollar relaciones con cuentas clave, actuando como Key Account Manager (KAM)
- Liderar la ejecución de Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) y presentaciones ejecutivas de resultados
- Monitorear y analizar KPIs operativos y de servicio (SLAs, OTIF, fill rate, entre otros)
- Identificar oportunidades de mejo
