The adecuado candidate combines a strong accounting foundation with hands-on financial management experience—including cash flow visibility, working capital analysis, and FP&A; support—along with strong leadership skills and the executive presence to confidently partner with CFOs, founders, and clients. Key Responsibilities Lead the month-end close process,



ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting by the 5th business day of each month. Support cash flow visibility and working capital analysis while partnering with CFOs on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Build trusted relationships with clients, providing financial insights that support business decision-making. Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and technology to improve accounting and financial reporting processes. Design, standardize, and continuously improve accounting processes, internal controls, and workflows across multiple clients. Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and technical guidance. Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and scalable financial processes.
