We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Marketing Operations & Multimedia Delivery to lead the operational delivery of multimedia marketing initiatives for a major enterprise client. This role requires strong project management expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, production, post-production, and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multimedia projects, ensuring milestones and timelines remain on track.
- Workflow Optimization: Redesign intake processes,



improve efficiency, and standardize governance and documentation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of collaboration between creative services, production, agencies, vendors, and business owners.
- Capacity & Resource Management: Monitor team capacity, track resource utilization, and forecast demand.
- Performance Analytics: Define and track KPIs such as throughput, production volumes, SLA performance, and efficiency metrics.
- Quality Oversight: Ensure deliverables meet briefs, stakeholder expectations, and compliance standards.

Must-have Skills
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
- English level: B2+ Advanced or C1.
- Proven success managing complex creative, marketing, or multimedia production programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
