This role requires an accounting and finance professional who is adept at leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and provide insightful financial management. ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting by the 5th business day of each month. - Support cash flow visibility and working capital analysis while partnering with CFOs on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. - Build trusted relationships with clients, providing financial insights that support business decision-making. - Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and technology to improve accounting and financial reporting processes. - Design, standardize, and continuously improve accounting processes, internal controls, and workflows across multiple clients. - Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and technical guidance. - Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and scalable financial processes. - Maintain proactive communication with clients, CFOs, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service and collaboration.
