About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce and live-selling business operating across platforms including TikTok, Amazon, and Whatnot.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role supporting the founder’s personal brand, social media content, community growth, livestream operations, and day-to-day marketing workflows.
You’ll work closely with the founder and team to grow their audience, strengthen their Live Seller Community and educational platform, coordinate content across multiple channels, and keep marketing operations organized.

What You’ll OwnPersonal Brand & Social Media
- Manage content calendars across TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Schedule and publish content consistently and on time.
- Repurpose existing content across channels to maximize reach.

- Monitor engagement and content performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Help strengthen the founder’s personal brand and online presence.
Community Growth & Engagement
- Support growth of the Live Seller Community and educational platform.
- Help attract and engage creators, sellers, and prospective community members.
