The
Director, Key Account Management - Automotive
will develop key client accounts with focus on Chinese Auto Brands to LATAM. This role ensures client satisfaction, drives account growth, and achieves business objectives. The Regional Key Account Manager is the primary point of accountability, responsible to drive continuous improvement and collaborating to deliver on customer commitments across multiple teams and geographies. The successful candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management understanding.

Key Accountabilities
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts,



addressing their usual and customary business requests
- Elevate and expand relationships across functional departments within the customer supply chain
- Identify and collaborate with local sales and operations contacts within DP World to support the account's needs
- Create comprehensive development plans, across the full toolbox of capabilities, for all aspects of assigned accounts, regularly updating them

OPPORTUNITY IDENTIFICATION
- Identify and qualify opportunities for additional business, guiding them from initial contact to contract
- Collaborate with Region/DP World Country Capabilities sales and account management to match customer needs with DP World's capabilities
- Expands market share by driving an active opportunity pipeline

COMMUNICATION & REPORTING
- Conducts regular business reviews, leveraging internal data and market intelligence
- Provide regular reports, briefings, and review
