This role focuses on creating performance-driven visual content for Meta and TikTok, combining strong design skills with direct-response marketing judgment.

Quality is the priority. We're looking for designers with a proven track record in performance creative and a strong portfolio showcasing work they personally created.

What You'll Do
- Design high-performing paid social creative for Meta and TikTok.
- Create static ads, graphic creative, and short-form video content.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut.
- Create ad creative and variations using Canva.
- Develop creative specifically for U.S. and European audiences.
- Create multiple creative variations for testing and optimization.
- Apply direct-response principles to visual storytelling and advertising.
- Work from creative briefs while bringing your own creative judgment and ideas.
- Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
