In this role, you will drive global EHS reporting, support external sustainability disclosures, and strengthen data governance practices that enable Carrier to meet evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
As the Global EHS Data Assurance Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert for EHS reporting methodologies and sustainability data assurance. You will lead the execution of global EHS reporting processes, ensure audit readiness for external disclosures,



and collaborate with stakeholders worldwide to maintain high-quality, accurate, and reliable environmental and safety data. Executing general EHS reporting and disclosure processes, including GHG emissions, energy, water, waste, and safety metrics.
Coordinating the collection, validation, consolidation, and reporting of key environmental and safety performance indicators.
Driving data quality through controls validation, data reviews, reconciliations, anomaly analysis, and corrective action management.
Partnering with EHS, Sustainability, and business stakeholders to align reporting practices and strengthen data ownership.
Monitoring emerging sustainability reporting requirements and standards, including GHG Protocol, ISO 14064-1, GRI, CDP, SBTi, and CSRD/ESRS.
Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, dashboards, data controls, and reporting efficiency.
