We are looking for a
Lead Java Developer
to join our team.

In this role, you will guide the technical direction of backend initiatives and play a central part in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. You will thrive in a collaborative environment alongside experienced engineers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to bring impactful ideas to life.

Responsibilities
- Create, refine, and support code across backend components




- Construct backend microservices and REST APIs that enable scalable business functionality
- Prepare unit tests to safeguard the reliability and correctness of the code
- Carry out code reviews to preserve quality standards and share expertise across the team
- Apply engineering best practices, including code review, unit testing, and continuous integration
- Engage actively in SCRUM ceremonies as a contributing member of the Agile team
- Join estimation and planning sessions to support consistent delivery predictability
- Coach other developers and work closely with peers to strengthen the team's overall capability

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field
- No less than 5 years of hands-on professional experience in software development
- At least 1 year of experience in people management or team leadership, covering a team of 5 or more FTEs
- Practical background in designing and building front-end
