Finance Manager (Remote - Latin America)

JOB DETAILS
- Job Title: Finance Manager
- Pay Rate: $7.00 – $8.00 USD/hour (Approx. $1,214.50 – $1,388.00 USD/month)
- Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position (Immediate Hire / ASAP)
- Location: Remote (Latin America)

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee complete financial operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and payroll processing.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, job costing, and detailed financial reporting.
- Develop financial systems, streamline operational workflows, and enhance internal controls.
- Provide key financial insights and strategic analysis to drive executive business decisions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a leadership role as a CFO, Finance Manager, Controller, or Senior Accountant.
- Background in construction or real estate finance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow management, job costing, payroll, collections,



and financial reporting.
- CPA certification or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Must have excellent English speaking and communication skills (Advanced English proficiency required).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and build scalable financial processes.

TECHNICAL & WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS
- High-speed internet connectivity with mandatory backup power solutions (uninterrupted workflow during working hours).
- Dedicated quiet space / home office setup.

Pay: $122.00 - $140.00 per hour
