Junior Plant Controller – Puebla

A well-established Tier 1 automotive manufacturer is looking for a Junior Plant Controller to join its finance team at its Puebla operation. This is a confidential search managed exclusively by Chester & Black.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a strong controlling and internal control background to step into a plant-level role within a global manufacturing environment.

What you'll do
- Support plant controlling activities: month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyse management reports (Plant Report, Flash Report) and profitability by project
- Contribute to cost structure optimisation and plant factor calculation (Man & Machine)
- Support inventory valuation, cash flow reporting and internal control processes
- Partner with plant management and cross-functional teams to support decision-making

What we're looking for




- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Solid background in controlling, with internal control experience highly valued
- Previous experience as a Plant Controller is strongly preferred
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector
- Advanced English (essential — daily use with regional and integral teams)
- Proficiency in SAP or a comparable ERP
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other states as required
