Position Summary

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support machining and assembly operations by providing technical expertise, improving productivity, reducing waste, optimizing manufacturing processes,



and ensuring compliance with product and process requirements.

This role is adecuado for a hands-on engineer with strong problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

Responsibilities
- Provide production areas with the tools, technical information, process documentation, and manufacturing methods required to meet product and process specifications.
- Improve productivity in machining and assembly areas according to divisional goals and operational requirements.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on Lean Manufacturing, waste reduction, process standardization, and efficiency improvement.
- Reduce scrap, PPMs, COPQ, and other quality-related costs through problem-solving, process control, and corrective actions.
