Job Description

The TA Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout post-offer activities. This role is primarily responsible for managing pre-hire documentation, coordinating onboarding activities, supporting background check processes, maintaining compliance requirements, and ensuring accurate process tracking and reporting.

This position is highly detail-oriented and process-driven, requiring strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. It is not a recruiting or interviewing role.



The primary focus is operational excellence and candidate support throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Hire & Onboarding Operations
- Coordinate and manage pre-employment documentation for new hires.
- Ensure all required documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates after offer acceptance, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to deliver a seamless pre-onboarding and onboarding experience.
- Monitor candidate progress and proactively address potential delays or issues.

Background Checks & Compliance
- Coordinate and track background check activities for new hires.
- Review and validate sensitive documentation and information.
- Ensure timely completion of compliance-related requirements.
- Escalate issues, discrepancies, or delays when appropriate
