I. Job Responsibilities
1. Logistics Planning & System Construction
Formulate and implement introduction plans for logistics facilities and equipment to support operational upgrading. Plan the overall logistics network and lead the preparation and construction of new warehouses in line with the company’s business expansion. Conduct in-depth research and data analysis on logistics projects, and continuously put forward demands for logistics information systems to promote the digital construction and iterative optimization of warehouse management.
2. Strategic Management & Cost Control
Establish and improve core logistics service assessment indicators, including on-time warehousing rate, on-time delivery rate, return processing timeliness, labor efficiency, space utilization rate, inventory accuracy and other key metrics. Evaluate warehouse facilities, equipment and operational capacity monthly and quarterly based on annual and seasonal sales plans, and launch improvement initiatives to guarantee delivery targets. Formulate annual warehouse strategic plans and key work arrangements,



conduct monthly work reviews and progress tracking. Analyze monthly warehouse operational data, monitor logistics cost ratios, and adjust cost control strategies timely to realize refined cost management.
3. Warehouse Operation Management
Take charge of the overall management and supervision of all warehouse materials, including finished products, defective goods, samples and auxiliary supplies. Compile standardized SOPs for all warehouse operational procedures to standardize and normalize staff daily operations. Optimize warehouse layout, classified goods storage and order picking routes continuously to improve space efficiency and labor productivity. Supervise regular warehouse inventory checks, rectify inventory discrepancies, and ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
