Core Responsibilities
- Establish transparency across risks, dependencies, and technical constraints, collaborating with teams to proactively mitigate issues.
- Facilitate alignment between teams and stakeholders, ensuring blockers are removed quickly, and decision paths are clear.
- Shape clear, compelling program narratives, helping senior stakeholders understand purpose, progress, risks, and tradeoffs.




- Partner closely with product teams and key stakeholders to define program goals, shared outcomes, and delivery expectations.
- Create and maintain high-quality program plans, including roadmaps, dependency maps, delivery milestones, and rollout approaches.
- Model excellent collaboration, structure, and delivery discipline, acting as an informal leader who elevates TPM craft standards across the department.
