Description
- Programming and generation of lists of products that will be shipped.
- Monitors Responsible of discrepancies or problems with deliveries, the balance on hand, and other inventory-tracking mechanisms

Key Responsibilities
- Runs shipping lists for domestic shipping and international shipping. Issues the orders, accordingly, based on customers’ requests, to ensure timely delivery to customers as measured by the missed shipment weekly report.
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
- Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked.
- Compares inventories to office records or computes, figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
- Compiles information upon receipt or disbursement of material and equipment.
- Analyze and report key process metrics (eg:



On Time Delivery, Ship Complete, etc.) and monitor objective adherence.
- Assists with inventory control and prepares for physical inventories. Issues cycle counts for assigned inventory.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Scholarship: Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Warehouse environment
- Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization.
- Maintains confidentiality and use discretion with business information.
- Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Writes routine reports and correspondence.
