We are looking for experienced, strategic leaders to join our team as an Operations Manager at our new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) - the first of its kind in Mexico. This state-of-the-art facility represents a significant milestone in Amazon's expansion in Latin America, featuring new processes and innovative cross-docking solutions.
As Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Area Managers and their respective departments, overseeing multiple shifts and being responsible for the end-to-end operations of significant portions of the facility. You will drive operational excellence through strategic planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and development of your leadership team while ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, and performance across operations.

- Design and execute site-wide strategic initiatives and process improvements
- Develop comprehensive data-driven action plans impacting entire building operations
- Manage budgets, headcount planning, and resource allocation
- Drive safety, quality, and productivity metrics across all departments

- Partner with senior leadership in Safety, Engineering, LP, QA, and HR
