We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate to support one of our U.S.-based clients. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing sales pipelines, and driving business growth through a consultative sales approach.

Position Summary

As a Business Development Associate, you will own the complete sales pipeline, guiding prospective customers from their initial interaction through conversion. You'll be responsible for nurturing leads, conducting discovery conversations, maintaining accurate CRM data, and collaborating closely with Marketing to improve outreach efforts and increase conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales pipeline from initial contact through customer conversion.
