#WelcomeToCognizant We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Lead Quality Engineer Serve as a lead quality engineer for hybrid model projects designing and executing automated testing solutions using Playwright RestAssured and JavaScript for complex bill inquiry handling journeys in a large scale multinational environment. Ensure high reliability of customer billing experiences through robust test strategies defect prevention and close collaboration with cross functional product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Drive end to end quality strategy for bill inquiry handling applications by defining test approaches that maximize coverage for customer billing journeys and reduce production defects through proactive risk based planning.
- Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright for web channels so that repetitive regression scenarios are executed consistently and efficiently across multiple environments.
