Job DescriptionAs a HR Project Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in driving HR initiatives and projects at Honeywell. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering HR projects, programs, and initiatives that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and achievement of desired outcomes. You will report directly to our Director HR Project Management and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle promoting continuous improvement at every stage.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Support Due Diligence and Integration/Separation planning, providing cost estimates, HR Services impact assessments, and partnering closely with HR leadership.
