The Role
The HR Data & Reporting Specialist supports the day-to-day operation of HR data and reporting activities, with a strong focus on Workday EIB processing, HR report creation, and data quality management. This role is an individual contributor position, responsible for executing defined data and reporting tasks to ensure HR teams have accurate, timely, and reliable data for operational and decision-making needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their data or HR systems career to build hands-on expertise in Workday, HR reporting, and data quality within a general organization.
