Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for project(s) P&L.;
- Plans and develop timing using the Joyson Gate Review process for implementing new program launch directives. Directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of program.
- Monitors all project key deliverables dates to ensure obstacles to maintain timing are communicated and distributed within the organization so resolution is obtained.
- Represents Joyson Safety Systems at pre-mass production meetings, build events, customer driven meetings and other means
