Position Mission

The Head of Production is responsible for leading and optimizing all manufacturing operations to ensure the achievement of business objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and profitability. This position provides strategic and operational leadership for the production organization, ensuring the efficient utilization of people, equipment, materials, and manufacturing capacity while consistently meeting internal and external customer expectations.

The role drives operational excellence through the development and execution of production strategies, continuous improvement initiatives, capital investment projects, and workforce development programs.
