Position
The position leads the product engineering (manufacturing services) team to support the successful manufacturing, sustainment, and continuous improvement of Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Customer-to-Order (CTO) products. This role provides technical leadership, prioritizes engineering activities, and ensures execution of product-related initiatives that support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 Manufacturing Services Engineers and 35 Technicians,



fostering a high-performance and continuous improvement culture.
- Establish priorities, allocate resources, and ensure execution of engineering activities supporting daily manufacturing operations.
- Serve as primary technical leader for product sustainment across ETO and CTO product families.
- Resolve complex manufacturing and product-related technical issues through methodologies.
- Partner with Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing Process, and Global Teams to ensure successful execution of product engineering projects.
- Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), product revisions, and manufacturing documentation updates while minimizing production disruptions.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, and industrialization activities to ensure manufacturing readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, cost
