We are looking for a highly skilled Plant Controller to provide financial leadership at the plant level, ensuring compliance with internal control systems while driving cost efficiency, profitability, and operational performance.

This role plays a key part in supporting operations through cost analysis, financial reporting, and business decision-making, acting as a strategic partner for the plant and operations leadership.

Requisitos

Education




- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in plant finance and cost accounting
- Proven experience in cost analysis, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.
- Experience working closely with operations, production, and supply chain teams.
- Exposure to profitability improvement initiatives (EBIT optimization).

Specific Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and GAAP principles.
- Variance analysis (standard vs. presente costs) and cost control.
- Inventory management and production cost tracking.
- Financial reporting (P&L;, efficiency reports, cost/kg, sales analysis).
- Forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Systems knowledge:
- SAP S4/Hana
- Hyperion
- Advanced Excel
