Position Responsibilities




- Focus on resolving customer’s issues to their complete satisfaction
- Resolve the problems both remotely and in the field to the customers delight
- Solves the customer’s problem the first time
- Focuses in on break fix problems with the support of the COE team
- Delivers solution to the customer and CSH on time and at the lowest cost possible
- Adds knowledge articles to the Service knowledge management system
- Establish good communications and relationship with customers
- Present a professional image and promote customer confidence
- Individual will contact customers, set up appointments, and communicate effectively during onsite visits
- Responsible for parts ordering and management
- Timely and effective repair of customer equipment
- Follow escalation processes and communicate to the appropriate level regarding problem equipmentorcustomersatisfaction issues
- Ensures data integrity in call reporting, expense reporting and other
