General Summary

Responsible to coordinate all exportation of finished goods for North America, Latin America and International destinations. Organize, optimize and coordinate transfers of finished goods between plants (Juarez 1, Juarez 2 & Juarez 3) and the shipyards (Axial & Ampere). Determine priorities and organize transportation to Juarez sites for all units to be reworked. Lead and manage a team of logistics personnel to achieve safety, quality, productivity and cost objectives while maintaining a positive work environment.

Experience And Education
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in the area.
- Experience in logistics and transportation.

Knowledge, Skills And Certifications
- English 80%.
- Customs Policies.
- C-TPAT Program knowledge.
- SAP.
- Computer knowledge.
- Good communication with other departments.
- Teamwork.
- Good leadership skills.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Be in contact with Canada Coordinators of North America and International Team.
- Assure compliance with shipping schedules.




- Coordinate shipping and support teams to achieve productivity goals.
- Coordinate shipping priorities with the retrofit area.
- Follow up on KPIs and improvement plans.
- Measure and improve cost drivers for shipping operations.
- Promote safety and BRPMS programs.
- Maintain updated processes and activities related to C-TPAT and NEEC.
- Train Supervisors and Analysts in shipping activities.
- Manage interplant transportation of finished goods.
- Coordinate activities with the Shipping Supervisor.
- Manage finished goods inventories.
- Follow up on any other activity assigned by leadership.
- Participate in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Comply with all applicable safety rules.
- Identify and report quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
