About the Role
In this opportunity as a Testing and Optimization Specialist, you will be the execution engine for our testing program—translating strategy into high-quality test plans that generate real business insights.
Specifically, you will:
Test Planning & Execution
- Partner with Sr. Manager of Digital Optimization, Digital Product Managers, web UX designers, and other optimization team members to translate testing strategy into detailed, specification-ready test plans
- Define test mechanics—what will be tested, how variations will differ, which audiences are included, and what success looks like
- Build and configure Adobe Target experiences with precision, including targeting logic, traffic allocation, and tracking parameters
- Validate measurement design—confirm that KPIs are properly instrumented in Adobe Analytics and will actually capture what matters
- Develop test variations working closely with designers and developers, ensuring variations accurately test the intended hypothesis
- Own test operations within our established processes—execute Development and/or QA validation handoffs, actively monitor test performance and flag issues, drive tests through launch and closure, and hold to sprint timelines and SLAs
- Configure analytical dashboards in Adobe Analytics to monitor test performance and enable real-time visibility into results
