Application Support Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support for healthcare applications, ensuring high system availability and performance.




- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Monitor application performance, identify trends, and proactively address potential issues.
- Support clinical and/or payer systems, ensuring accurate functionality and compliance with organizational requirements.
- Participate in application implementations, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions.
- Perform business and systems analysis to gather requirements, document workflows, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and execute software testing activities, including system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
