Job Description

Responsable de brindar soporte oportuno y exacto en los procesos de nómina y administración de personal, asegurando el correcto registro de incidencias y movimientos de los asociados. Será el principal punto de contacto para atender consultas relacionadas con nómina, beneficios y procesos administrativos de Recursos Humanos, garantizando confidencialidad, cumplimiento legal y una excelente experiencia para el asociado.

Responsabilidades
- Procesar y validar incidencias de nómina, como asistencia, tiempo extra, ausencias, bonos, deducciones y movimientos de personal.
- Atender y resolver dudas relacionadas con pagos, prestaciones y procesos administrativos de Recursos Humanos.
- Apoyar en la preparación, revisión y recopilación de document
