Role Description

Master Tax Multiservices is seeking a
Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant
to join our team in a
full-time, 100% remote position
. We are specifically looking for a qualified accounting professional located in
Mexico
who will support our U.S.-based operations and clients.





The Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant will be responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for multiple clients. Responsibilities will include recording and classifying transactions, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, preparing journal entries, maintaining general ledgers, reviewing financial activity, and assisting with the preparation of financial statements.

The position will work extensively with
QuickBooks Online
and will assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records for our clients. The role may also support tax preparation, year-end accounting procedures, client information requests, and other accounting-related projects.

The adecuado candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and experienced in handling accounting responsibilities for multiple businesses.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
